I came across this practice as a recommendation from a good friend. I was a bit nervous and in pain the first appointment but all that was put at ease when I met with a cheery lady on reception and Tristan, a chiropractor. Four weeks down the line and only four appointments in, I feel 100% better than I did. In the first appointment, Tristan covered all aspects of my life, in a very holistic manner to really get to know me and my pain. when I had my first treatment I climbed off the couch in a ungainly way. This morning I was able to bend and climb off the couch, in a more ladylike way . Tristan is a lovely man who is turning my life around so that I am beginning to manage my pain NOT my pain calling all the shots. Thank you Tristan

I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above. Highly recommend this clinic and the practitioner. Very good value for money and the visit was undertaken in a private room and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I didn’t know of this clinic before I enquired but ‘what clinic.com’ gave it a good recommendation. Within 30 minutes of logging onto ‘what clinic’ with my enquiry the practitioner rang me and I had booked an appointment for the following day. I am very impressed with ‘what clinic.com’ and also my treatment at this clinic. I have a series of recommended exercises to undertake until my next appointment next week.

Visited Sarah today made to feel welcome straight away. Very professional and capable. I've recently moved here and was so glad I picked Sarah. She talked me through everything she was doing a thorough session was given already booked for the next appointment. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sarah.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Dr Nolan was very friendly and keen to help. Reassured me and gave a management plan for a way forward with bad pain in the lower back. After one adjustment, things felt a lot better and over a few weeks the pain declined. It was so good being pain free, I now see Dr Nolan for a regular check up to keep things pain free.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.
