Bradford House Chiropractic Clinic is a long established business. The Clinic was first opened in 1989 in the heart of Winchester and is situated in a GP Surgery. Max Atkinson BSc DC has been the lead Chiropractor since 1999. The Clinic's aim is to provide the highest quality chiropractic care in a relaxed and friendly environment. The clinic is manned by efficient and friendly staff and offers a wide range of chiropractic techniques to suit all individuals from infants to the elderly. With a well equipped treatment centre and experienced staff, the company provides a professional service to local people. Patients are only taken on for treatment following careful examination and if Chiropractic or any of the other treatment techniques are not deemed appropriate, referral to another specialist or GP will be made. Cheltenham Chiropractic Clinic was set-up in July 1978 after the graduation of RitaHemmings. Always on the same site, the clinic has grown, walls moved and buildings added;up until November 1991, when the last addition was made. It is quite understandable that some of our longer term patients get lost! There are currently two chiropractors practising at the clinic: Rita Hemmings, D.C.Rita Hemmings graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 1978 and is a member of the BCA; having been on the register of the GCC since its inauguration. Having now practised for over 30 years, she has seen a wide variety of patients and conditions, giving her an extensive field of experience and the opportunity to help with a wide range of problems. Catherine Owers, B.Sc. (Hons), D.C. · AssociateCatherine graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, in Glamorgan, in 2002 -achieving a first class honours degree - and undertook her pre-registration training year at Cheltenham Chiropractic Clinic; and has been here ever since! Catherine is fully registered with the GCC and is a member of the BCA. As well as working in Cheltenham, Catherine also runs her own part-time clinic in Malvern and has a special interest in treating sports injuries and headaches, as well as using spinal rehabilitation to reduce the chances of mechanical dysfunctions reoccurring.
