Active Care Chiropractic-York

I had been struggling with back and hip pain for several months and could not get any respite and was given a recommendation to book an appointment with Active Care and I am happy I did. Harry has been extremely helpful in getting me back to near where I was in fitness terms and I cannot thank him and the team at Active Care for all their help. I would have no hesitation in endorsing Active Care to anyone.

I have been a patient at Active Care for approximately 9 months.

During that time I have undergone multiple sessions of Red Light Therapy which has had many positive effects and seen Dr. Tristan who is thorough, kind, understanding and his treatment has had positive impact on my problem.

The welcoming reception staff are wonderful and engaging. For what more could a patient ask.

Well I have found a good start to management of my pain.
With Vicky on the front desk and Tristan my medical practitioner I have begun to feel some relief. I have had pain in my back for 30 years so my back is resisting to any treatment but Tristan is slowly working on my back so that the tension is not resisting as much. I can begin to bend,stretch and breath better.

I came across this practice as a recommendation from a good friend. I was a bit nervous and in pain the first appointment but all that was put at ease when I met with a cheery lady on reception and Tristan, a chiropractor.
Four weeks down the line and only four appointments in, I feel 100% better than I did. In the first appointment, Tristan covered all aspects of my life, in a very holistic manner to really get to know me and my pain. when I had my first treatment I climbed off the couch in a ungainly way. This morning I was able to bend and climb off the couch, in a more ladylike way .
