Giles is incredibly knowledgeable and informative and you feel in safe hands as he explains what is needed. After suffering with TMJD for over a decade having tried everything including muscle injections that brought no relief Giles alleviated my jaw and neck in the first session. I booked in with IQ following my knee replacement in December 2024, Serena Proctor managed my course, she is thorough and honest and pushes you to your limits, I was back in work in seven weeks thanks to her and my knee was fabulous, I had my second knee replacement 31.03.25, back to Serena for physio, again punishing but with excellent result, had an issue 05.06.25 when I had pushed myself to much and suffered a reaction, went to see Sally Allbrighton and she gave me a thorough examination and has put me back on track. From the minute you are greeted you are in professional hands, would highly recommend. I will visit regularly to keep myself in the best condition.
