A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them

I had a mole appear on my eyelid. I was very nervous. As soon as I arrived, I felt my nerves disappear. Wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable. Very good value for money. If I have any more appear, I will definitely be using this clinic again. I didn't even feel a thing. Only 15 minutes from where I live. Thank you once again.

Amazing results!!! Let’s first start with my hair - It had thinned so much that I lost my confidence in myself- pretty embarrassing. HOWEVER, as soon as I started using Arora hair products within 3 months it made a huge difference and now all my work colleagues have not only noticed it but ordered the same product too. I can never thank Arora enough - she has made me feel like a woman again…. I have also indulged in her skin rejuvenation treatment and permanent hair removal (pricey but every penny spent was well worth it). Excellent results!!! Where previous treatments have failed this treatment has proved very successful and my pigmentation has practically faded away and that’s only after one treatment - no need for makeup! I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

I am an extremely anxious patient, but everybody at Smilekind was very professional and reassuring. I had a new top denture made which fits perfectly; there is no movement, and I can bite and eat anything I want. I really recommend this practice.
