In October I had a breast reduction operation arranged by A New You clinic. I attended the clinic after the surgery for changing of dressings. The nurse at A New You, Kelly was very good. She explained how to look after the operation sites and gave me spare dressings etc. The Surgeon was great, very down to Earth and approachable. He explained everything very clearly. I am really pleased I had the op it has healed well and the scars are fading. I was impressed by the care at the clinic and the friendliness of all the staff.

What I love most is that a doctor always performs the treatments, and you can really feel the difference in skill and precision. My face looks natural every time — no heaviness, no drooping — and my lips always come out beautifully balanced without that overfilled look. The doctor is incredibly professional, patient, and really takes the time to map out a treatment plan that suits your face rather than just doing “more.” I always leave feeling confident and well looked after.
