I was suffering from a fungal nail infection that had spread to all my fingernails (toes were not affected thankfully). I had been to my GP but had received very mediocre advice & as expected my nails continued to be as bad as ever. I contacted Laserina & was given a very in-depth explanation & treatment program to follow. After a few months I noticed an improvement & now 8 months on my nails are free of infection, I’m so grateful for Iranas honest & professional care. I am so pleased with my watercolour tattoo from Graham, it is absolutely perfect and far exceeds what I thought possible. I chose this clinic as I wanted someone who specialises in watercolour tattoos as I wanted specific colours. Graham was so patient and kind on my first consultation and I left there feeling full of hope. When he contacted me nearer my tattoo date with a picture of the tattoo he had designed I was honestly blown away and didn't think it was possible. On the day of my tattoo, he was so considerate and professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Graham constantly checked I was ok and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the finished tattoo and can't recommend him enough. I am so proud of my tattoo and have had so many compliments, I am so happy with my whole experience.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Honestly hand in heart could not recommend this lady highly enough I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danslo which has made the last 5 years beyond difficult . My anxiety has been sky high, self esteem rock bottom and my faith in all professionals non-existent, after years of gaslighting and let downs. I contacted Elizabeth a year before treatment as I knew I needed a lift but was terrified to go ahead with anything. Her patience, knowledge and attention to detail is beyond explanation. She’s kind, she listens and she really really delivers. I feel natural, refreshed and reinvigorated. I have scars from past domestic abuse and she skilfully removed some… I will be going back to work on the rest as soon as I have saved up. I see ME again when I look in the mirror It’s was virtually painless and the healing quick and without bruising… which is so difficult to achieve with my condition. She understood completely that local anaesthetics don’t work well on EDS and compensated for this. She’s nothing short of a genius and I’m eternally grateful to her. I can’t wait for my next visit in the new year 😄
