I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

I would definitely recommend Personally You. As soon as I spoke to them I felt confident that they were very professional. When I had my appointment I felt completely relaxed and was very happy with the procedure.

I've been having treatments with Elizabeth for well over 5 years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is an absolute perfectionist and has a gentle, calming manner. Most recently, I had my lips filled with Elizabeth and my husband absolutely loves the results!!

This clinic really is a gem of a find. Dr De Souza is genuine and charming, to say the least. I never felt pressured or pushed into having any treatment, unlike other clinics I've been to in Harley Street. He actually took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns and then he suggested a treatment plan that actually fits in with my idea of what I'm looking to achieve and within my budget. So far I've had some Ultherapy and Treatment for Wrinkles but I'm going for the Picosure Focus next to help improve my skin tone and texture, some pigmentation issues. Glad I found this clinic, the team are all lovely too.

The proof is in the pudding! feeling invisible is common as you get older or so I thought. Having met shaun we discussed various procedures. I chose peels and treatments for my wrinkles. Having used a number of clinics I decided serenity was a good choice. The best decision I have made in a long time.
