I was curious to receive viewpoints on treatments that might improve the look of old acne scars, in particular, a chemical peel. I received a skin analysis and without pressure, I was asked if I would be willing to try a moisturizing treatment peel that would benefit my skin and also serve as a training activity for two specialists in the room. The skin specialist was positive, had great bedside manner, and applied excellent quality products to my face. I was sent home with travel size samples to apply post-treatment. I am now almost finished the post-treatment products and my skin looks and feels healthy and soft. Wonderful experience!

I recently discovered CHIC Laser I could not be happier with my experience! I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their services. So far, I have had: 1) Treatment for wrinkes: The doctor really took the time to understand my needs and my expectations (which has not been my experience elsewhere). He respected that I wanted a natural look and only wanted to address frown lines that were making me look tired and angry. He did not try to upsell me and instead recommended holding off on dermal fillers for now. The results have been fantastic, and I just needed some minor adjustments during my follow-up appointment to achieve the more youthful and rested appearance I was aiming for. 2) LASER: I have my entire lower face and neck done, which includes some sensitive areas, and the technician constantly checks in with me during the procedure and asks me to rate my pain on a scale from 1 to 10, aiming for 4, to make sure I get the most out of my treatments without damaging my extremely fair skin. They also use the latest technology that blasts cold onto the area with every pulse, which reduces discomfort. The results in just two sessions have been very impressive. The entire team is incredible. They are polite without being cold, friendly without being overly familiar, and they take the time to use my name. I don't expect all the establishments I deal with to learn all their clients' names, but it only takes a few seconds to check the schedule. Who's next? Marla! Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla-Marla. Hello, Marla! So many places don't bother, but CHIC Laser takes the extra time to do so, which makes a huge difference from the customer's perspective. I’ve been coming to Nu Image from the beginning. Lots of various treatments. Variety of IPL seems to do trick for me each fall after some sun exposure. Love Vida and appreciate the latest on all their great products!
