I have been very satisfied. I had my 2nd operation done here and everything went great. It was easier than the first operation. The nurse and the doctor are as always very nice and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who imagines doing it.

I had my sleeve operation 3 weeks ago and I must say it’s life-changing. and although this was done a few days ago I already lost 8kg. I have explored various options to lose weight and this has now proved the best option. The hospital staff and doctor are extremely helpful caring and providing sterling customer service with a smile.

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I had Vaser Liposuction at JFS Clinic in September. I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. I made the right decision, the whole process went smoothly, from being met at the airport to pre-operative tests and doctor's check-ups. I highly recommend this Clinic.

I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Osman Uyar in October 2021. I would highly recommend Grand Medical Manisa and especially Dr Osman. He was very professional and the care I received was excellent. All of the staff were very kind and considerate and were very helpful. The cost was very reasonable for the level of service provided. The hospital was spotlessly clean. The testing performed prior to surgery is very thorough. Mel my translator provided by the hospital was fantastic always available and explained everything clearly. The clinic is approximately 1-hour drive from Izmir and is very comfortable. I would definitely return, my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Dr Osman and Grand Medical Manisa.

The girls at Gastro Life Assistance could not have been more helpful and nice from my first point of contact to leaving the hospital. They’ve also checked in with me from when I arrived home, finished the liquid stage, started puréed and now coming to the end. I can’t fault them in any way. They’re also very quick to get back to me with any questions I have and I feel very supported by them. They arranged for transfers from the airport to the hotel, to the hospital and back to the airport and everything was seamless and took any anxiety out of the travelling part. The girls called into my hospital room regularly to ensure that I was doing ok and to check if my companion needed anything which was lovely. They even came into the operating room with me until I was given anaesthesia and when I woke back up in my room they were there again. Amazing service and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about going.

One of the best decisions, if I have ever made in my 30 years of life span, is that almost three months ago, I visited clinic bariatric and did my gastric sleeve. The experience of my surgery was quite good and comfortable. I am more than happy to tell all of you that in just two months I lost 28 kg. The gastric sleeve is the best thing that ever happened to me. Before that, I hesitated about my weight and looks, and now I am living a best and healthy life without any discomfort and hesitation.

I had a mini bypass in September. The booking service and pre-booking consultations with Michael and Amy were brilliant. Everything was perfect. Pre-op checks were thorough and the translator was very good. Operation went smoothly and Dr Ceyhun is very very good and most nurses were really lovely (one not so much unfortunately). Aftercare has been very good. Dieticians Nora, minty and Amy are in constant communication and nothing is a problem for them. I get a reply within minutes of sending a query. Would definitely recommend this wonderful team. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. I went because I was not satisfied with the general appearance of my teeth. They said that a beautiful smile can be created with crowns and it turned out great work. My teeth are neither too big nor crooked right now super thrilled with the results! Definitely recommend.

Very responsive answers all kinds of questions. The operation went very smoothly, the dietitian with the Dr is lovely and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommended
