OP. DR. TUFAN ERGENC OBESITY SURGERY CLINIC

Nachdem ich lange die Arbeiten von Dr. Tufan Ergenç auf Instagram verfolgt habe, habe ich mich auch zu einer Schlauchmagen-Op entschieden.

Vorab wurde ich telefonisch beraten und nach meiner Zustimmung, haben wir schnell einen passenden Termin gefunden.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom gesamten Team Empfangen und super gut betreut. Auch in der untergebrachten Privatklinik „Metropol“ war alles bestens. Sehr nettes und fähiges Personal. Voruntersuchungen haben nach unserer Ankunft noch um 23 Uhr stattgefunden. Am Tag der OP standen noch 3 Untersuchungen an, danach ging es direkt in den OP. Aufgewacht ohne Schmerzen, musste ich sofort die ersten Schritte tätigen. Ständig kam jemand vom medizinischen Personal und hat nach dem Rechten geschaut. Doletscherin und Krankenschwester vom Team Ergneç standen zu jeder Uhrzeit zur Verfügung. Am Tag nach der OP gab es noch eine medizinische und ernährungstechnische Schulung mit anschließendem Gespräch mit Dr. Ergenç. Am nächsten Tag ging es zurück nach Deutschland. Bisher läuft alles komplikationslos und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I had an excellent experience at OP.DR.TUFAN ERGENÇ for my gastric sleeve surgery. The staff was professional, supportive, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, and the post-surgery care was exceptional. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering weight loss surgery!

My experience with Dr Tufan and his team was of excellent care. From first contact with Burcu, care coordinator, I felt very welcomed. Nurse Mine is very confident and I feel safe, and she made me feel confident and ready to start my sleeve journey.

Cigli, the nutritionist, very educational and politely reminded me that, without sticking to my meal plan, then what's the point to go through the surgery then!!

Finally, Dr Tufan himself, presented as a real warm, caring human being. I felt a sense of belonging and a fit to the team. His body language was very reassuring and indeed. My surgery went well with no surprises.

At the hospital, despite language barrier, the care was excellent. night shift Nurse, Ariwa, you are a true nurse.
I will choose dr Tufan again and again.

I flew to Izim, Turkey to have Gastric Sleeve Surgery done by Dr Tufan, I hope I wrote the name correctly.
After a long research and a video my daughter sent to me via Tiktok, I decided to go with Dr Tufan.
I chose Dr Tufan because he uses double stitches and he got good reviews.

Also, he has not gotten any leakage history or death all these made me choose him.
I contacted the clinic and I spoke with (Burci).

The patient's coordinator was an excellent person who explained the process and gave me all the information that I needed to know. On getting to Izim, the team welcomed us well and Dr Tufan organised before and after training for us.
My surgery was done and I thank God the whole process went well,

My gastric sleeve journey was very smooth. From Burcu my patient coordinator to Nurse Mine and nutritionist Cigli Dr Tufan himself and the assistant surgeon. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Everything went according to plan. There were no surprises at all. The nurses at the hospital were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier, they ensured that they used the translator on their phone to communicate with me as much as possible which made things a bit easier.

They were also very accommodating of my mum who came with me. Everything was provided in the most efficient way. I would choose Dr Tufan again if I had to choose again.
