I had a septoplasty done by Dr Mehtap Özkahraman and I have to say everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly skilled and professional; everyone also very kind and understanding. I was guided by Serigne and he was available for any concern. The clinic is super clean/modern and all the staff and nurses are amazing. The safety of the patient and the procedure is their priority; that's why I would totally recommend them!
I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.
