I have had my hair transplant with these company about 2 months ago They were very professional, all the grafts planted perfectly symmetrically. I was very nervous about pain and the result but they really satisfied me with the explanations and before after pictures. After my consultation with the doctor, I felt really comfortable. Doctor explained to me all the details about the procedure and about post-op period. 1 day after my hair transplant they brought me for first washing. The hotel was very clean and satisfying. I had a translator, a hotel stay and a driver, and all that for no extra cost - it was all included. I highly recommend Dr Akif Aydin even after I went back to France - whenever I have any questions they replied within an hour, I got a nutritionist that I keep in touch with me and a package of shakes, and everything I need to start my journey. Dr Derici did my gastric sleeve just over a year ago. From the airport to leaving everything was organised smoothly. Had a good chat with the Dr and he's such a lovely worldly man who knows what he's doing. Yes, I was scared but I need not have been he's changed my life. Now saving for plastics. I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were just so nice and welcoming from start to finish. I got my sleeve the day after I arrived. I was walking around that night not a bother. I was so positive going because I knew 2 people who had we t before me, that's a massive thing, be positive and everything will be fine. The hospital is spotless, its so quite and lovely, I would highly recommend it.Thank you so much to everyone, Dr Boc, the nurses and Fatih Ozturk who was messaging me on WhatsApp before and still now to make sure everything is okay, it's really appreciated. I'm writing this comment from home on day 6 of my surgery. I would like to say that I was very scared when I decided to have the operation, but when I arrived in Istanbul and got into the vehicle that was supposed to take me to the hospital, I felt very safe. When I arrived at the hospital, my translator was waiting for me and helped me settle into my room. Before my operation, all the necessary tests were carried out, x-rays were taken and my heart was examined. It was like an investigation was being conducted. The next morning Dr. visited me. Cem with my translator, answered all my questions and encouraged me to have the operation. He is both a very good doctor and very professional. After the operation, I had some pain but they gave me enough painkillers. After a few hours, I was able to walk and move around the hospital on my own. After the hospital the vehicle took me to my hotel, everything was ready for me and the hotel was very nice. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. A WhatsApp group was set up with a nutritionist, a doctor and a translator and I was immediately given all the necessary information. I'm home now and can say my surgery went great.
