Hello. my name is Caroline Quinn, I am a psychotherapist, my practice in based in the tranquil setting of Rogerstown estuary, Rush, North County Dublin. I provide both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. I help individuals who are struggling to overcome a broad range of issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, sexuality, abuse, bereavement and relationship issues.   I have over 25 years experience working with families and individuals promoting overall wellbeing through counselling /psychotherapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.  My approach is humanistic and integrative, creative and relaxed,  I draw from a number of different therapeutic models. Every client is unique and therefore all treatment plans are tailor made according to the individuals needs. I use a combination of Psychotherapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T.). I have just completed a two year post graduate course in Mindfulness.   I also use Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) which combines “talk” therapy with acupressure tapping.

Psychologist – Psychotherapist Stella Fountoulaki holds a BA degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate degree (MSc) in School and Developmental Psychology. She also has specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.  She is licensed to practice psychology as a specialist in School/Educational Psychology  (Ref. No.: 359).  Her professional experience includes psychotherapeutic work with children, adolescents and adults, with parents and teachers, in groups and individually.
