Psychotherapy and Couple Counselling - Psychotherapy Clinic in Ireland

Psychotherapy and Couple Counselling

17 Margaret Place, Bath Avenue, Dublin 4, D04 T58
Lisa has been working for over ten years with couples and individuals who are experiencing relationship difficulties including communication and dealing with conflict, infidelity, stress and stressful lifestyles that are affecting their relationship, sexual intimacy, domestic violence, parenting and growing apart.  Some relationships will come to an end and this may be because, for example, the couple have grown apart or that there has been an infidelity, etc and they need help to deal with the emotional and practical aspects of this decision. Separation is life changing and is usually accompanied by upsetting feelings (either leading up to the separation or afterwards).  Although natural, these feelings can be very unsettling regardless of whether you were the one to leave or the one who was left behind.  She also has considerable experience working with second relationships and step families, helping clients to understand better the complexities of this unique family dynamic.   Lisa also works with clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss as well as dealing with the impact of surviving child sexual abuse.  She is client-focused and works collaboratively with clients using an integrative approach. Her warm empathic style provides a supportive environment so that clients can explore and uncover blocks that may be affecting their overall happiness and help them find better ways to deal with their problems.  Lisa traine

Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similarPadraig, Ireland, 21 06 23

I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.

Soul Empowerment Coach - Maria J Lopez Soul Empowerment Coach

Soul Empowerment Coach

Dublin Holistic Center, 28, South William St, Dublin, 2
Maria is an author, teacher and coach. Maria helps people to become empowered in their relationships in the truest sense of the word. She has done this through her work with people over the past 15 years and has created a framework that gives clarity in all relationships - the most important of which is the relationship with the self.Empowered Relationships are about learning to love yourself more through the experience of being with someone else, whether that's your parents, friends, family members, co-workers, etc.If you don't like who you are in the presence of someone know that you have no power to change them but you have all the power to change the perception of who you are by learning to become more assertive and aware of the unconscious 'games' that you are playing out." Freedom happens when we take charge and see things for what they really are. When we are able to see ourselves beyond the reflection of who we think ourselves to be!
