I offer short term or long term counselling and psychological therapy in Valencia.   If you are experiencing problems with your mood, such as low motivation, hopelessness, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, flashbacks, tearfulness, low self-esteem, thoughts of self harm and depression, I can help.
