Η Άντριαν Μενελάου απέκτησε το πρώτο της πτυχίο στην Φιλοσοφική Σχολή Ιωαννίνων στον κλάδο Φιλοσοφία, Παιδαγωγικά & Ψυχολογία από το 2006 εως το 2010. Ακολούθως, συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο Λονδίνο, όπου έλαβε Πτυχίο Ψυχολογίας απο το University of East London (2010-2013).
