I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.

Sarah has taken the time to discuss the problem. Thereafter, she developed exercises and strategies to assist in the rehabilitation of my back. Great work Sarah!

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. I have visited this clinic several times for various problems over the last 2 years and have always experienced excellent treatment for the issues. Problems have been sorted after a few treatments and left me feeling much more mobile and without pain.
