The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. Since moving to the area I have been a patient of Kristina's whenever I needed treatment but today has been my most astounding day yet. I damaged my back and woke up this morning with serious difficulty, checked her website and found that she had a cancellation. Although as I left the pain was still such that Kristina still had to put one of my shoes back on for me (and I must say that her abilities as a shoe horn are second to none!!) she told me that things should gradually improve.
