I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinske.

By having the whole body represented in the feet, reflexology offers a means of treating the whole body and of treating the body as a whole. This latter point is an important factor in a natural therapy and allows not only symptoms to be treated but also the causes of symptoms. What Conditions Can Reflexology Help? Migraine, sinus problems, circulatory problems, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, breathing disorders, back problems, tension and stress can all be treated with Reflexology. What To Expect From Reflexology Treatment? On your first visit to a Reflexologist you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. The therapist will take details of your medical history, make you comfortable on a treatment couch and will examine your feet. The reflexology massage requires a firm pressure using the side and end of the thumb and possibly the fingers. All areas on both feet will be massaged and any areas corresponding to parts of your body which are out of balance will feel uncomfortable or tender when massaged. The degree of tenderness indicates the degree of imbalance. Sensitivity of the feet varies from person to person and a reflexologist knows the correct pressure to apply. The treatment should not be very uncomfortable to even the most sensitive of feet. The treatment session lasts approximately three-quarters of an hour and by the end of a session your feet should feel warm and you should feel relaxed.

Since moving to the area I have been a patient of Kristina's whenever I needed treatment but today has been my most astounding day yet. I damaged my back and woke up this morning with serious difficulty, checked her website and found that she had a cancellation. Although as I left the pain was still such that Kristina still had to put one of my shoes back on for me (and I must say that her abilities as a shoe horn are second to none!!) she told me that things should gradually improve. By lunchtime I was pain-free and that has remained. A stunning result. Thank You

This clinic was recommended to me. My first consultation was in-depth, the physiotherapist was warm and friendly and put me at ease. Since my first consultation, I have been several times for acupuncture and manipulation and each time it has given me excellent relief. I have several spinal issues, including a fused vertebra, disc bulges and a trapped sciatic nerve. The cost each time is £52, which I feel is great value for money. The treatment always lasts the full 30 minutes.
