Tendonitis Treatment Lincolnshire

I have struggled with a stiff neck when I cycle after about 20 miles. I was recommended to visit Rinske. I had a comprehensive interview and analysis of my general health and condition on my first visit, which I was impressed with. The physical treatment was really effective, and I was given a range of exercises which also helped a lot. Rinske was very professional in every aspect of the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinske.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.

Kristina called me the following day and took some details over the phone, she then offered me a cancellation appointment the following day where I was seen by a lady called Joanne. Joanne was amazing, great consultation, I had some treatment there and then and given follow up exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I made an appointment to discuss an issue with my arm and I found Sandra to be very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I was given massage treatment to free up the muscles along with acupuncture and given an exercise band and shown how to do exercises at home. I came away feeling much better about myself and much more informed about my condition. I cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent value.
