She worked an hour straight trying to ease the pain and she explained the process from exercises to what treatment she was providing. Rita is professional, friendly and clearly loves her role as a physio. She explains in detail the aftercare treatment plan when I should return and hopefully when I would see results. I have already booked my next session as I see results already.
I got a fantastic service from Physio Sport. Colette was very thorough in gathering background info about the cause and history of the problem and then took me through detailed video consultation, advising me on best approaches for exercise and rehabilitation. She had a very professional and friendly approach which was really re-assuring - Highly recommended!
I had a fall a year ago where I skidded on gravel and injured my right wrist, elbow and shoulder. Two months later my shoulder had not improved and was very painful. I went to Tim and had six sessions over the following ten weeks. The result was absolutely wonderful.
