5 stars all

5 50 Acupuncture Treatment

A "BIG SHOUT OUT" to the staff and team at Kingston Physio Group, and its Reformer Pilates studio. 5 stars all, and especially Serina Kudhail, who puts up with me most often!

The staff, therapists, and instructors are all professional, skilled, and capably apply their extensive knowledge, expertise, and experience.

Having unfortunately struggled with back and balance problems for a little while, I found some recent focused physio treatment combined with my ongoing and suitably challenging but enjoyable 1-1 and trio Reformer Pilates classes, invaluable.

I'll name some past and present contributors to my ongoing attempts to live my best life, from within the Kingston Physio Group team:

* Biba Mansour and Eleni Theodoridou - exceptional Reformer trainers who previously helped me recover strength and flexibility following a back intervention;

* Serina Kudhail - current Reformer trainer, with body alignment expertise, and Louise Mann - physiotherapist. Who recently assessed and helped unlock me from some uncomfortable musculoskeletal paralysis;

* Sophie Morris and Serina Kudhail. Ensuring that I maintain discipline and attempt to improve my form, along with my fellow trio cohorts.

Thanks to the reception staff, too, of course. Who keeps us in line!
