5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I'd like to share my good experience with ProPhysiotherapy. Peter (my physiotherapist) saved me from having a surgery for discs problems. Friendly and professional approach, clear explanation of problems, effective exercising program, massages - that all worked well and the need for surgery is a history. An extra benefit is that I am much fitter now than I have ever been. I am very grateful!
I would also like to highly recommend wonderfully relaxing massages with Amy.

This has changed my life.

Physiotherapist Consultation

It was a fantastic service with great results. I was suffering from a stiff upper back (due to sitting at a desk for long periods) that was resulting in headaches. My back now feels great; I have not had a headache in ages and I have learned how to add a few simple stretches to my working day - that keep me on the right path. This has changed my life. Physiotherapy

I was very pleased with the results. I improved in only 2 sessions. I had a broken metatarsal and they steered me through the rehabilitation very simply. I didn't feel like they over treated me but I got exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed. Prices are good for London too.

Sarah qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003 from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Since then she has worked as a physiotherapist in both the UK and in South Africa. She has also been involved in other areas of health care such as spinal surgery. She has has experience treating patients of any age, from teenagers to the elderly.

She is a keen runner, and has always been the go-to person in her running club for any aches and niggles. She loves treating runners of all abilities to help them to achieve their running goals injury free.

She has an interest, and vast experience, with treating neck and lower back injuries, as well as spinal surgery conditions. She enjoys treating sports injuries, work-related pain and other post-operative rehabilitation and recovery treatment.

She worked with the Springbok rugby team before the 2015 World Cup Rugby. She was also the primary physiotherapist at an ultra 3 day stage mountain bike race.
