I received a very prompt and helpful response to my initial enquiry. I gained the impression Humed International were professional and confident of their product. They answered my questions clearly and gave an indication of price which seemed reasonable and much cheaper than private treatment in UK. My enquiry did not progess - only because against the odds NHS came up with a date for treatment I chose to accept. Without the surprising intervention of NHS, I might well have continued this enquiry. Issues I would have insisted clarity upon were : Post operative care, physio capabilities, accomodation, transport and immediate medical care such as stitch removal and fever control. I will never know if Humed were a proper alternative to care, NHS or Private, here in UK but my first impressions were good.

After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age.
