I would like to thank Dr. David Lee for the immense knowledge he has given me about my posture and my existing body imbalances. He has been extremely professional, patient and informative in his approach to treatment. He takes time out to understand not just the presenting problem but also the root cause. I decided to see him for my gluteus medius pain that started after an intense weight lifting session. He was able to offer me an explanation of why my glute med got affected and what's happening in my body as a whole structure. I highly recommend him!

5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

I’ve been in Seoul for few days only on my way back to Europe when I pulled my lower back and ended up in great pain. I was lucky to get recommended to visit Dr James Lee who helped me a lot to get back to my normal self and feel good enough to fly back to my country without serious back problems.
