I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. I had other treatments before seeing Sarah with no success and she was the only person who diagnosed pudendal neuralgia which caused a shooting, burning pain across the pelvic floor and so much pain in my stomach that I went for a scan. I also had a coccyx problem which meant that I couldn't sit or drive without pain and had to be signed off work as I drive for a living. To top all that I had an MRI that showed that I had a slipped disc! It took a number of sessions with Sarah in Amersham to resolve the issues and I am now back at work and driving again. So, thank you Sarah for all your hard work and I've already recommended you to several friends!
