I saw Emily for my arthritic knees. What a great experience. Emily was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything to me and used a variety of techniques to loosen up my knees - although it is early days I feel she has already helped.
I have been in pain, in my hip and back for 2 years. The treatment I had in just one session has been fantastic, beyond anything I could hope for. I am out of pain. I had a previous injury that I had almost forgotten about, but this was found to be the likely cause. It was amazing how he knew I had been hurt in another part of my body. Fantastic thanks! I had a lot of pain in my back and at the sacroiliac joint. After several nights without sleep I looked for an osteopath and I found Jamie. After the treatment all my pain was gone. I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.
