Looking forward to my next treatment

4.5 50 Cranial Osteopathy

My first visit to the Norwich Osteopathic Clinic and I felt that the precautions taken with regard to Covid were first class. Treatment was also excellent with Jimmy taking great care to limit any discomfort from which I was suffering as he carefully assessed and treated my lower back pain. Looking forward to my next treatment.

Extremely pleased

Following a recent car accident I had pain in my lower left back and the Osteopath identified tightness in the upper back, neck & shoulders which I hadn't really noticed. Following 4 sessions of intensive treatment I was discharged.
My pain in my lower back disappeared after the first treatment and I was extremely pleased with the work performed on my upper body - would highly recommend and use again.

Osteopathy and Podiatry

Very pleased with both osteopathic and podiatry treatments here. Had feet and leg problems for several months and now are quickly resolving thanks to Ian Drakard. Also had longstanding neck and back problems significantly improved by Rebecca Thorby, also including acupuncture in my treatments. Having seen several osteopaths in this area, this is by far the best approach I have received.

Biography:

Rebecca graduated with a first class honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and two prizes from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004.  She gained varied expertise through work in several osteopathic clinics and a sports clinic in Loughborough.
 
Rebecca founded the clinic in 2008 and, after a career break for two children, is enjoying her return to the clinic.  Rebecca also Chairs the Norfolk Osteopaths Regional Society, and is currently striving for osetopathy to be made available for NHS funded patients in Norfolk.  

Rebecca also holds a degree in Biochemistry, and worked in biomedical sciences before pursuing her osteopathic career.

Mr James Sayle

Biography:

Jimmy graduated with a first class honours degree from the London School of Osteopathy in 2002, having previously worked as a qualified massage therapist.

After graduating he practised for eighteen years at Thorpe Clinic in Norwich before joining Norwich Osteopathic Clinic in 2020.  He has also worked as a part-time lecturer, teaching physiology to student osteopaths.   

Jimmy is a structural osteopath with a special interest in physical ergonomics – work- related problems, their postural and environmental causes, and how to prevent them.
