You first experience at the clinic will be to determine the treatment that you will need.  We will talk about any issues then a postural assessment is carried out with more details on the problem area and what could be contributing.  Treatment is a combination  of specific massage techniques, stretching and joint mobilizations to help increase movement and relax muscles which can so often lead to strain and pain.   Follow up session usually involve a catch up on your progress and any new issues that might need addressing and a continuation of the treatment. I believe all aspects of health can contribute to how are bodies are feeling and I love to give exercise and nutrition advise to patients, to empower them and get them back to health.

A deep and specific massage is carried out with attention to area that are causing or contributing to pain or stiffness.   Whether your weekend walker or an expert in your sport, sports massage can give you an edge to stay active and stay injury free.

After months of various treatments for a spinal problem caused by awkward walking following a foot operation I had a therapeutic massage from Audri and for the first time could walk upright without a stick. It's a very deep treatment but she found just the right spot to work this magic. More such treatments are needed but now I'm more optimistic.

I had to visit the clinic due to chronic lower back pain. Laurel gave me a full assessment, pinpointed the cause and provided the right treatment. I felt better after the treatment and have continued to be in less pain as each day goes by. I was given exercises to do and will follow up on the next visit. Thank you

I was referred to Suchit and his team after a road traffic accident, the service was prompt, polite and very efficient. They are all very well qualified. And helped me with further sessions. Joe, MY physio has been superb and has fixed my whiplash to a very bearable pain degree. I am still under his care, and I'm sure this will go to 0 in the near future. We also used Suchit in a private capacity, for a home visit after my landlord was discharged from hospital surviving covid, Suchit once again came through with reassurance, advice and apparatus to use during his post-recovery. I highly recommend this company and their skills and service.
