You first experience at the clinic will be to determine the treatment that you will need.  We will talk about any issues then a postural assessment is carried out with more details on the problem area and what could be contributing.  Treatment is a combination  of specific massage techniques, stretching and joint mobilizations to help increase movement and relax muscles which can so often lead to strain and pain.   Follow up session usually involve a catch up on your progress and any new issues that might need addressing and a continuation of the treatment. I believe all aspects of health can contribute to how are bodies are feeling and I love to give exercise and nutrition advise to patients, to empower them and get them back to health.

Went to the first consultation and was asked for my details, problem description, accident history and any other problems I may have, I then had an examination. and was relieved to hear that something could be done with my hip problem, and an extra problem he found in my lower spine that I forgot to mention. I also felt relaxed and thought it was a good value, and looking forward to my next visit.

I was referred to Suchit and his team after a road traffic accident, the service was prompt, polite and very efficient. They are all very well qualified. And helped me with further sessions. Joe, MY physio has been superb and has fixed my whiplash to a very bearable pain degree. I am still under his care, and I'm sure this will go to 0 in the near future. We also used Suchit in a private capacity, for a home visit after my landlord was discharged from hospital surviving covid, Suchit once again came through with reassurance, advice and apparatus to use during his post-recovery. I highly recommend this company and their skills and service.

Such a professional and friendly clinic! I am totally amazed and pain-free from just one session - I have been going to a chiropractor for months for pain in my shoulder. Also to BUPA who suggested an injection that I was not too happy about having. I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.
