I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Her knowledge was impressive, her array of different techniques showed a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds, and her passionate professionalism has left a strong memory. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. Ingrida is a treasure within the Osteopathy treatment profession, and I would absolutely recommend her services. I am only sad, that time did not allow for a couple more sessions. But her generosity with the available time (including 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon) was an indication of her commitment to her healing profession.
