The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professionalBarbara, Ireland, 06 09 22

Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.

Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.

The Osteopath is extremely friendlyPaul, Ireland, 16 08 23

I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds. I can not recommend him enough, if your suffering any injury / pain then don't hesitate to make a booking.

I’d recommend him 1000% for any aches or pains you might haveYvonne, Ireland, 08 08 24

I was incredibly lucky to be recommended David by my neighbor after a total knee replacement. I see him often in Kilcock, Celbridge, and Castlebar for nerve pain, which is tough to treat and extremely painful. Last week, after an incident where I was nearly run off the road by someone who thought the road wasn’t wide enough for both of us, David helped me again. I hurt my neck, back, and both knees—one was bruised badly—and I was in shock, barely able to stand or walk. Parts of my body I didn’t even know could hurt were in pain, but David saw me right away. David isn’t your average osteopath. He works on the whole body, from the neck, back, knees, legs, feet, and everything in between, even helping with women's health issues like infertility and endometriosis. Let’s be honest, we only get one body in life. You could go to a store, spend €70 on groceries, and wonder two days later what you got for it. My advice would be to take care of the most precious gift we all get—our body—and let David help you with your problems. No, I don’t work for him, but I’d recommend him 1000% for any aches or pains you might have. What do you have to lose except the problem that’s affecting your one life? Thanks for all you do for me, David.

I will be adding him to my self-care monthly routineRebecca, UK, 25 12 25

I would pay €1million for an hour session with David. One session with him and he sorted a slipped disk. My back never felt as good! I will be adding him to my self-care monthly routine.
