I am a well-being focused Osteopath using treatment to discover all of your natural pain-free movement; enabling you to partipate fully in bigger and better life adventures.  My goal is to 'get you moving and keep you moving'.  While a lot of my clients come to me for relief from back pain, I also treat necks, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles and feet.  Pains throughout the body can often be linked to the way you move and the way you use (or don't use) your body.  Osteopaths treat whole bodies so if you are suffering from pain or discomfort,  it is important to remember that the body is one connected system. When one part isn't working well, it often has an effect on the other parts. My clients range in age from babies to those in their later years.   Osteopathy is for all of you! Went to the first consultation and was asked for my details, problem description, accident history and any other problems I may have, I then had an examination. and was relieved to hear that something could be done with my hip problem, and an extra problem he found in my lower spine that I forgot to mention. I also felt relaxed and thought it was a good value, and looking forward to my next visit.
