Happy Babies enjoy infant massage so join Calm Reflex and learn this ancient art.  Classes are held throughout the year on a 5 week basis at St Laurence Pastoral Centre, 173 Church Road, Northfield, Birmingham B31 2LX with the next series of classes starting on 18th June at 1.15 pm.  These relaxed classes include special themed rhymes for the older baby, toy area, soft carpeted area and the opportunity to meet Flora the Fish and socialise with other parents.  Baby massage is an excellent way to help your baby relax to a deep level improving the quality and quantity of sleep, help baby's :- health and wellbeing; body awareness, co-ordination and suppleness, circulatory system and is an excellent and fun way of spending special time with your baby and also offers a positive interaction in cases of post-natal depression. These classes are also offered on a one-to-one basis and why not provide the setting and host your own classes - the host gets their classes for half price.  Calm Reflex also conducts reflexology, indian head massage and energy massage treatments to people within the West Midlands area.
