Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.
Patrik has helped a great deal with an acute lower back problem - sprain or strain due to overwork - that was causing me fairly severe pain. He managed to completely release it by working on a whole set of muscles, as well as recommended exercises.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.
I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over. Massage and rehab for the injured hip. I have regular treatment with Raf and always leave feeling so much better than I went in! Today was different as I was very down and teary, as the pain in my joint had increased. Raf was kind and considerate, changing the treatment to meet my needs of feeling tender. It was a fabulous treatment and I felt so much better afterwards, not only physically, but emotionally too. He read the room and adapted my usual treatment to suit how I felt. That's a great skill and I'm trully thankful to Raf.
Joanne is very professional, and explained in detail. Problem with my rotator cuff lateral, have a video for exercises now. Even asked Joanne about my knee problem and explained what to do (only paid for rotator cuff problem)
