Also known as 'colon hydro therapy' or 'Colonics' Today’s way of living can overburden our colons and as a result the bodys'  waste product ( stools) isn’t managed as  efficiently as one would like. In todays internet led word of mouse, prospective clients should get the benefit of looking into direct reports of client experience.  Prospective clients should sense-test reviews ( reviewers ) for credibility/ believability,variety, usefulness of review, context, content  relevance to their own situation, etc. From your point of view, the most useful reviews may not be the 5 star reviews (which tell you the reviewer really liked us)  but some of the lower rated reviews.   Colonics are statistically a safe procedure, (it is not a medical procedure). 

We are committed to friendly professionalism in our approach. The first colonic treatment is preceded by a consultation( free within the overall session). In effect the the consult starts with you completing the questionnaire and returning it to us ( by e mail attachment ) or bringing it with you to the first session. This consultation helps you establish clearly your objectives for treatment and allows us to hone your treatment accordingly.  One of the comments our client make about us is they like both our friendly professionalism and our personalised approach.

There is a school of thought, derived from Ayurveda (the ancient Indian holistic health system) which hold that the colon will be prone to the effects of anxiety. In Ayurveda, bastis ( the ayurvedic term for enemas) could be indicated for people with anxiety (obviously based on a proper consultation). My experience with some folk with IBS is that anxiety may feature as a symptom, as can depression not clinical depression which is a clinical term) Drawing from that insight, Colon hydro- therapists do find that mood change is often found as appositive byproduct from colonics.  Evidence?
