An initial Holistic Nutrition consultation takes 1.5 hours. During this consultation we will review the information provided by the client in their ‘Holistic Wellness Questionnaire’ and ‘Food Diary’, main health concerns and wellness goals. You will be asked detailed questions about your health, symptoms, and lifestyle and your use of dietary supplements (if applicable) will also be evaluated. Your bodies BMI and [Name redacted] will be checked and you will also be weighed (should you wish). From this your individualised Holistic Wellness Plan will be created along with recommendations tailored specifically to your needs (e-mailed to you post consultation), which will get you started immediately. This will take your lifestyle and budget into account and include the following elements: 1. A Meal PlanA healthy meal plan to kick start your individualised programme and show you how to incorporate my recommendations. 2. Good foodsHealthy foods to eat specifically for your body at this time. 3. Bad foodsFoods that you should be avoiding or eliminating, plus ideas to replace them. 4. SupplementsAdvise on any vitamins and mineral supplements you may be deficient in and which may need to be added to your diet to give your body the support it needs at this time. 5. Lifestyle habitsNew habits for you to introduce to support your health goals. 6. ExerciseExercise is a necessary component to losing weight and I will give ideas on how to incorporate exercise into your day to suit you, your lifestyle and schedule.
