During this consultation we will review the information provided by the client in their ‘Holistic Wellness Questionnaire’ and ‘Food Diary’, main health concerns and wellness goals. You will be asked detailed questions about your health, symptoms, and lifestyle and your use of dietary supplements (if applicable) will also be evaluated. Your bodies BMI and [Name redacted] will be checked and you will also be weighed (should you wish). From this your individualised Holistic Wellness Plan will be created along with recommendations tailored specifically to your needs (e-mailed to you post consultation), which will get you started immediately.
