Reiki is a healing energy that is channeled through the practitioners hands. It promotes a sense of well being and relaxation

With the therapist gently laying hands on the chakra points along the body & channelling the energy this enables the clients own healing ability to take place.The energy does it work by clearing any blockages within the chakras, which are energy centres in which all body energy passes. If these centres are blocked discomfort & dis-ease set in, causing many physical & emotional imbalances.There are a number of different types of Reiki.
