 am a Complementary Therapist focusing on working with women who are ready to 'TRY' complementary therapies as an alternative route to health and wellbeing. In my experience, attitudes towards complementary therapies have changed remarkably over the past few years. More exposure in the media, has enabled the public to learn about the many and varied uses and benefits of different types of complementary therapies, this has encouraged people to begin to use them alongside their normal allopathic medication.  It appears that public opinion has softened somewhat, towards what was once seen as something 'a bit strange'. Now I find more and more people willing to try out complementary therapies. In fact the name of my business has grown out of the amount of times I've said to people "Just give it a try" and "You won't know unless you try it". Over twelve years experience of working with a wide and diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector, has given me an in depth knowledge allowing me to apply a multidisciplinary approach towards the individual needs of my clients. Using this approach enables me to create a transformational holistic treatment programme, tailored around their specific needs and expectations. Alongside working one to one with clients, I also teach Mindfulness and Meditation in a class setting. These classes have proven to be very popular as people continue to search for a way to find peace of mind in a busy world.

The Sheffield Wellness Centre was established in 2017 and is designed to be a friendly, welcoming and private space suitable for many different purposes. The centre is looking to attract skilled health focused professionals who are looking for a flexible place from which they can see the people they work with. There are 4 different spaces available. The biggest space is The Studio which is big enough for 9 or 10 people to be on full length yoga mats. We have several people using the space who value the more personal and intimate feel that comes with working in a space like this. The yoga instructor that uses the rroom has said how they feel they give a much higher quality of experience in our space compared to others.People attending classes have commented on how safe they have felt in the studio. Many people have anxiety issues when doing classes in large rooms with lots of people but this is not an issue in The Studio.We have two talking therapy rooms, one bigger and one smaller. Both are private, warm and welcoming. They are neutrally decorated but still have personality. The fourth room is a dedicated massage room which is ideal also for reiki, aromatherapy, Indian head massage etc.Bookings are managed by the health professional through our online booking system.
