I was really satisfied with the whole approach of the doctor concerning my case. He explained to me all the options and which one was the best for me. My experience from my trip to Greece and the clinic the doctor collaborates with was excellent, certainly satisfied my high standards and felt like I was in good hands and handled by experts.

I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of. The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! The entire experience was professional and personal at the same time. They paid attention to detail and even provided creative options for payment in cases where I had to make partial payments.
