I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. I'm pleased with the doctor's professionalism and kind approach from the beginning till the end. The operation was heavy regards my eye location in the head, but the doctor achieved great results not meters of this obstacle. I can advise you to use this doctor 100%. Only I can advise any potential patients to do more research regards the operation before doing something with their eyes. I've gained a far vision not knowing I will lose my perfect short vision which is important for my day-by-day work. I only hope after a week my brain will adjust to my new vision accordingly.
I just had an eye replacement surgery 2 days ago and I can already see the improvement. It is important to follow the post care (eye drops) as they say. Burak made this journey so much easier, I was freaking out because didn't know what to expect. He made me feel so calm and so helpful, answering all the questions without any hesitation. Professional, open, honest and caring. Excellent service. I was a little concerned about being in a different country and not knowing what to expect. The Dr and her team operate out of the main hospital, which is modern and well equipped. Had the lens replaced in one eye and laser on the other eye done by the NHS which had signs of protein buildup. Less than a week and my eyesight is excellent. Don’t wait too long as I did, and suffer when you can have this done at a fraction of the price. Ideally, flight out Sunday and return Friday, gives the team time to run tests, do the surgery and then a checkup before you leave.
