Dr. Cecilia Rodriguez Luna is an Oculoplastic & Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in reconstructive, revisional and cosmetic surgery of the eyes and surrounding tissue. She is an expert in “Eye rejuvenation procedures”, including surgical and non surgical techniques to recover youth around the eyes. Dr. Rodríguez completed a residency in ophthalmology at Hospital Nacional de Clínicas, Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires, Argentina (2006).
