For many years Mark has been monitoring my care through highs and lows to enable me to maintain my sight. He has never hesitated to see or talk to me whenever the necessity arises. I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.
Although my LASIK surgery took place way back when in October 2005, I've continued to visit the clinic in the meantime for regular checkups. I have nothing but praise for the whole team, but special commendations need to go to the following people: (1) Arthur Cummings, who has been absolutely helpful from day 1, has a knack of explaining medical things very clearly and looked after me extremely well during the procedure; (2) Ann-Marie Masterson, who is a consummate professional and has taken excellent care of me and always answered my questions during all of the follow-up and periodic checks since the surgery. Having LASIK surgery at the time was costly, and yes, less expensive options existed in other clinics, but I have no regrets about the cost because (1) I knew from the very first day in the clinic that I was in good hands and (2) an investment in one's eye health needs to be a sound one. It was by far the best investment I've ever made and I continue to reap its benefits to this day. Thank you for everything!
