I am from the UK and I was looking for a surgeon for jaw surgery, by the grace of Allah I found Dr Celal Candirli, his profile was very impressive. I had a video consultation with him and from that moment I knew that I wanted Dr Candirli to do my surgery, his calm and very pleasant demeanour made me feel at ease. I went to Turkey to have my surgery and had another consultation with him. Dr Candirli saw me again just before my surgery. The surgery went very well and the results were exactly how I wanted. Dr Candirli saw me a few times after my surgery and also called me to see how I was doing after I came back the the UK. Dr Candirli is an amazing surgeon, and you can tell that he is very passionate towards his work and cares a lot about his patients. I very highly recommend him. I am so thankful that I found him and. I came in for a tonsillectomy due to having bad tonsil stones for an extended period of time. The NHS wouldn't do anything for me and so I decided to go private, I heard this hospital was good and so chose here. I don't know if it was good value as it is a large amount of money, plus the consultation fee which seemed unnecessary given it was 10 minutes of information I already knew, and the doctor trying to convince me not to go through with it. My visit for the surgery was very good, everyone was super friendly and made sure I was alright. However, I don't believe I was informed of everything I could expect, leading to some symptoms being a bit of a surprise. For example, I was struck with terribly painful earache which I wasn't told to expect. I was also told any bleeding was a big concern, however when I did have some it turned out it wasn't too bad due to it being dark old blood which was fine; this was also not explained before hand. There was also a comment passed by the surgeon that I didn't agree with and left me somewhat unhappy. The lunch menu was also little limiting for someone with a smaller pallet, which could be expanded upon.

I met Donal socially & due to his professional attitude I decided to visit him professionally as a client as my hearing was getting worse each year. My first impression of his clinic was impressive and I was not disappointed in his knowledge of hearing issues that applied to me. The hearing test that he performed on me was accurate & on that basis, I decided to purchase hearing aids from him. His advice was most enlightening & I am delighted that I purchased my aids through him. I would recommend his services to anyone.
