My in ear hearing aids hadn’t been setup properly and weren’t comfortable or working well. I went to see Bernard, who was wonderful. He set them up and adjusted them. He checked them again 2 weeks later and now I don’t even know I’m wearing them. Wonderful treatment. I highly recommend Better Hearing Clinic.

Wax is usually successfully removed on the first visit so we offer an quick and effective alternative to the usually prescribed application of oil followed sometimes ( but not always) by irrigation. Our clinic is fully equipped to the latest standards and we follow established protocols when carrying out procedures. I want to tell you about my experience at The Ear Clinic. I’ve been approximately 5 times and I’m so lucky to have found them. I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I have attended for treatment. The care and interest are of an unbelievably high standard. The staff are the nicest people. I have met anywhere and put you at ease straight away. I found the process of making an appointment to receiving my treatment seamless & pain-free too. I had attended an outpatient clinic before somewhere else which I shall not name & I found the staff member treating my ear problem had a curt & a lack of bedside manner so to speak snd was rough to a degree. Didn’t explain anything either. I 110% recommend The Ear Clinic in Dorset St D1 and they have really helped me and my ears and told me step by step what they were doing and what to expect! Brilliant!
