I had been treated in a hospital for an ear infection, however, 2 weeks later my ear wasn't completely better and I needed advice.

Genelle was so caring and helpful, took a look in my ear, showed me a video, and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much and I completely recommend it.

I want to tell you about my experience at The Ear Clinic. I’ve been approximately 5 times and I’m so lucky to have found them. I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I have attended for treatment.
The care and interest are of an unbelievably high standard. The staff are the nicest people. I have met anywhere and put you at ease straight away. I found the process of making an appointment to receiving my treatment seamless & pain-free too. I had attended an outpatient clinic before somewhere else which I shall not name & I found the staff member treating my ear problem had a curt & a lack of bedside manner so to speak snd was rough to a degree. Didn’t explain anything either.

I 110% recommend The Ear Clinic in Dorset St D1 and they have really helped me and my ears and told me step by step what they were doing and what to expect! Brilliant!

My dad has had serious trouble for years with his hearing and painful ear infections. The Ear Clinic has been such a positive experience for him and his quality of life has improved immensely thanks to this service. The level of care and attention he has received is second to none. He has been listened to respectfully with no pressure to buy the most expensive or high tech hearing equipment. My dad is not into iPhones or gadgets but for those who are the EarClinic offer opportunities to connect his hearing aid to phones etc. Highly recommend this service.

My almost 4 year old daughter needed a full ear test and we choose this clinic because of it's central Dublin location. Given my daughter is a toddler I was worried that she wouldn't cooperate with the test, I should not have worried as it couldn't have gone better. Nina was super and engaged with my daughter throughout the screening and made the experience fun and easy going. I cannot recommend my this ear clinic more.
