This is a fantastic surgery — I have no complaints and have been their patient since 2007. Even when things don’t go as planned, the staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. The reception team is excellent, especially Jasmin, who is consistently welcoming and supportive. Mrs. D. Haili is also wonderful — she always takes the time to listen and is incredibly helpful. The doctors here are experienced professionals who truly listen when it matters. I feel well cared for and confident in the service they provide.
My son has regular asthma check-ups and has done for years which help monitor and control his condition, I have been at this doctors since childhood and have always found the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The Doctors, Receptionists and Nurse have always been very dedicated. I have always felt safe and trusted their prognoses. Thank you for all your help and support. This practise means so much to our community, it’s priceless I will always hold Dr Sivanathan close to my heart, he went out of his way on many occasions to attend and aid my father who died from cancer. Dr Sivanthan has been our community rock, a true inspiration.
I have been seeing Dr Murray for over 2 years now and she is an amazing doctor. She not only looks after my physical health but my holistic health. I have a painful condition called fibromyalgia and I always feel heard and she can’t do enough to help me. She always greets me with a big smile and is very empathetic. It is a relief to come to Dr Now after struggling to get appointments at my NHS practice and not always being treated with respect at the front desk. It is very much good value for money as I see Dr Murray every 2 weeks as a member and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.
