I booked a Spirometry test for the next day at a time that suited me, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I saw James for the test and he was thoroughly professional and personable. He explained what the test was for and how it would be carried out. I had the results in pdf form by email within minutes of the test being completed, and was able to email them straight to my doctors to assist them in making a diagnosis. I would definitely use YPC Health again, and would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
I attended today for a blood test. Unfortunately, I am not easy to get blood from and many nurses/doctors/phlebotomists have struggled because my veins are small and tricky. Today Mrs. Shahida Ali was amazing, she listened to my explanation, took a little time to check my veins, and as a result was able to get a good, viable sample the first time (very rarely does this happen for me). I was very impressed by her knowledge, courtesy, understanding, and competency. Even better I was finished before my official appointment time. Definitely 5star treatment today. Many thanks
