The whole Centre exudes a high level of expertise and care. All staff are brilliant, always with a smile and very positive attitude. The treatment was really effective and has helped me regain full mobility for an old shoulder injury. They also checked my entire spine and identified a problem in my neck that was causing me regular headaches every 1-2 days. SInce starting treatment I haven't had a headache for 4 weeks! I'd gladly recommend anyone who has never had their spine checked to check out BodyWell first.

I had labiaplasty with Mr Masood one week ago. I was very anxious and frightened to get this procedure right as I have been emotionally battling with this for years. I was extremely unhappy with appearance down below which affected my life in so many aspects. Mr Masood kindly had a second consultation with me to go through my concerns...again! This in itself spoke volumes to me. I booked my surgery and honestly I was looked after so well. The nurse Ann was so kind and soothing. She eased my mind the whole way. Most of all, she understood and heard me. Mr Masood took his time and talked me through stages as he went on. Which was great. He is a quiet gentleman and I felt very safe. I am thrilled with my results already. I have followed his instructions to the mark. I emailed him some pictures just to check things were going ok. He emailed back straight away. It is so reassuring knowing he is so accessible. I'm so excited to see my end result months down the line. Thank you, Mr Masood, you saved me.

I have been a patient of Maria on and off over the last few years. The care I have recieved from Maria and the clinic staff has been excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them when dealing with someone suffering chronic lower back pain. They are always very supportive and understanding and will always accomodate me whenever I am in need of an appointment. This clinic is value for money. Dr Patel is my absolute saviour when my back is playing up. She is the only person who has been able to diagnose the problem with my back and can effectively treat it. This was after MRI scans, nerve conduction tests, multiple consultants, physio and two lumbar epidurals! I literally go to the Richmond Clinic in pain and come out pain free! In addition, she is always cheerful, friendly and positive, treating the 'whole person' not just the pain. I can thoroughly recommend Dr Patel.
